Why is there a shade or pattern difference?
Since all our products are handmade and hand cut, there might be small differences from the images shared on the website. This further makes all our products unique yet similar to each other.

Images uploaded on the website is the closest match of the actual color of the product and a slight difference can be noticed between the product image and the actual product.


What is the delivery policy at MPS?

All our deliveries are handled by third party companies. Though we understand customer's frustration due to delayed deliveries, ultimately, this is not in our control to handle the final mile logistics. 

We encourage customers to directly reach out to the courier company for further assistance.

To help avoid such situations, we request customers to provide detailed delivery instructions and confirm their availability to accept the goods during the scheduled delivery times.

All orders ship out from our Chennai warehouse. 

  • South India deliveries take 2 to 5 WD from the date of dispatch.
  • North India deliveries take 5 to 7 WD from the date of dispatch.
  • Few rural areas can take 10 to 15 WD from the date of dispatch.
  • The delivery timelines are affected by the local courier team as well.


When can I cancel my order?

  • If you wish to cancel your order it must be done within 4 hours of your purchase (all cancellations incur a 5% fee as charged by the payment processor and this is non-refundable to us). 

How long do you take to ship?

  • We do our very best to ship within 2-5 working days from the date of order.
  • All ready to ship orders move out in 1 to 2 WD. 
  • Orders with printed (except fabric) and painted backdrops take 2 to 3 working days as they are processed only after order is placed.
  • Orders with pre-order fabric backdrops take 20 to 25 WD to ship out when the value of the order excluding the backdrops is less than 1000 INR, and would be shipped in batches when the value of the order excluding the backdrops is more than 1000 INR.
  • In case the order contains other products that need to be shipped prior to fabric backdrops, the same can be requested via WhatsApp +91-8778005580 and we will be able to fulfill as requested (Additional shipping charges applicable).
  • Same day dispatch of goods is possible on a case-to- case basis, on request for orders placed before 12 noon. 
  • Requests post 12 noon cannot be dispatched on the same day, but can be arranged to dispatch the following day. 

What is your return policy?

By purchasing any item on this website, you acknowledge and agree that all fees and payments are non-refundable. 

All sales are final and non-exchangeable. 

I ordered a backdrop and I didn’t like it. What do I do?

  • Unfortunately, Backdrops are NOT RETURNABLE as they are processed for your specific order.
  • Kindly take extra care before placing your order.


What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

We will be able to Return / Replace if you receive a damaged / defective / wrong product that you received for your order.


To facilitate the same, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Return / Replacements are accepted only when we receive an uncut video of the unboxing along with clear images of the damages.
  2. Kindly check the goods upon delivery and let us know immediately if there are damages / defects via WhatsApp +91-8778005580.
  3. The damaged claim should be informed to us within 24 hours from the time of product receipt, failing which the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the package and we will not be able to entertain any claims.


What is not considered as a damage?

Most of the props are designed to be rustic, and have a beaten broken finish considering the antique look for images. 

Request you to go through images before placing the order. Please feel free to ask for videos of the product before ordering in WhatsApp and we will be happy to share the same, if you feel the details on the website is not adequate to make the decision.

Most of the props are handmade and they might have little cracks in the joints or negligible paint peel-offs.


How much time does it take to process a refund/ exchange?

Please read the points in above queries, before you proceed further.

  1. Our team will assess your query and revert within 48 working hours.
  2. If in case, the damage is minor - Adjustable in editing or can be fixed locally, we advise the fix and compensate with a coupon. The coupon value depends on the intensity of the damage/ cost of repair. This is done on a case-to-case basis.
  3. An exchange is initiated, when the damage is irreversible/irreparable.
  4. A defective product can only be exchanged against the same product in the same size, subject to product availability. 
  5. A full refund against the same may only be made at the discretion of MPS, if the same product is not available in stock.
  6. Kindly allow 5 to 7 working days for processing returns.
  7. We request you to keep all your communication with us either on email, or on WhatsApp for all your order related queries. Instagram DMs are not encouraged.

How do I send a damaged product back to MPS?


Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the return package along with your Full Name and Order ID

Please pack your items in the original packing box, with proper packaging and affix the printed address sheet. Return products unused in the same condition as you received it. 

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused with original tags attached and also in original unaltered box, along with the packing material, manuals and accessories (as applicable).

Mail your package using one of the following methods:

  • Reverse Pickup: We will be able to arrange reverse pickup for selected locations or postal codes.
  • Self-ship: If we are not able to arrange a reverse pickup due to non serviceable postal codes, customer would be required to self-ship the product(s) within 48 hours after the return request is raised. 
  • For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. 
  • MPS will pay for the shipping costs for all self-ship returns once the shipping receipt is provided. 
  • Once the shipping receipt is submitted, we will process your coupon/replacement.
