Processing time required for Backdrops

1. Printed Fabric Backdrops - 20 to 30 working days
2. Printed Backdrops (Poly, Vinyl, Canvas) - 1 week
3. Painted Backdrops (Food or Product) - 3 working days
4. Painted fashion backdrops ( 7 ft and above ) - time varies according to raw canvas availability. Please check with us for sizes above 7 ft.
5. For International Shipping, the timeline depends on the carrier and it varies with each shipping partner. Shipping charges will be extra. Kindly email us for shipping costs.

* Please note that in case you need a rush shipping, please do email us or mention in the note section of your order and the team will get back to you *(not applicable for Fabric Backdrops)

1. Backdrop orders cannot be cancelled, as every backdrop is made on customer's order.
2. Return of backdrops is accepted, only when there is a manufacturing defect which is reported to sales@madraspropstore.com within a day from the receipt of the order.
